Request for Exterior Alteration or Improvement

In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions(CC&R's) for the Belmont Park Subdivision, Section 2.3 states: "No improvements which will be visible above ground or which wil ultimately affect the visibility of any above ground improvement shall be built, erected, placed or materially altered, including without limitation, change of exterior colors or materials, on the Property, unless and until the building plans, specifications, and plot plan have been reviewed in advance by theArchitectural Committee and the same have been approved by the Committee.

The Belmont Park Board is collecting contact info in order to be able to quickly and efficiently disseminate information, such neighborhood crime incidents, etc. 

 We would need to use cell phone numbers for this, preferably, as emails would likely not be read as quickly as a text message. This will also be how we will let you know of updates and additions to the website such as Newsletter (will no longer be mailing newsletters), Board Minutes, etc.  We will be using a group texting app that will show ONLY the person receiving the text message.  You will not see, nor will anyone else see, a complete list of all names and phone numbers the text is being sent to.  This is an "opt in" service only, and you can request to be removed at any time.
